Thank you for shopping with Engravify! We aim to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered promptly. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Processing Time
• Pre-Made Orders: All pre-made items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
• Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items require additional processing time. These orders will be shipped within 4-7 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Please note: Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, delivery location, and order size.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package’s journey and estimated delivery date.
5. International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our processing and shipping timelines, there may be unforeseen delays due to weather, high order volumes, or carrier issues. We will communicate any major delays as soon as possible.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will notify you. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
