Return Policy
At Tales Engraved, we have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Please note that custom or personalized products are not eligible for returns.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care items (such as beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized or customized products.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible) and make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not accept exchanges on personalized or customized products.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification. Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
